Full Technical Detailing & Drafting Service
For those potentially difficult projects, or if you want a considered, professional and modern design solution, that can be constructed while remaining robust, weather tight and achieving the aesthetic appearance you wish, please feel free to call, and one of our highly qualified staff can ensure you are provided with detailed drawings for your builder / contractor to construct from.
We aim to simplify the process of engaging a professional architectural practice, by offering a personalised service while retaining all the benefits and reassurance of using a limited company and not a sole trader. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and ability to undertake the design and detailing of problematic construction elements to satisfy Building Control, Insurance Companies or Professional Bodies.
Our offering within this area is both extensive and varied, and as such we have only included a very brief selection of examples of the services we provide. If you have any specific requirements or questions, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to discuss your project in greater detail.
The above examples of our drafting service demonstrate how we can produce clearly illustrated plans, sections, elevations and typical 3D cut sections of the building, to gain a better understanding of the spaces which are to be created.
All these drawings are produced from a typical measured survey undertaken by us, or from a survey supplied by a third party surveyor.
The above service can take the form of a report or series of drawings on a paper size to suit your needs and scale of the project.
In addition to the standard drafting services, we offer a full technical detailing service. This offering is extensive, but as a very brief example this information may include fully dimensioned construction plans, door schedules, window schedules, typical details and room schedules. If appointed to do so, we can also undertake full mechanical and ventilation drawings inclusive of lighting and plumbing fixture setting out drawings in collaboration with an in-house heating and electrical engineer.
