We have attached a selection of pages taken from a feasibility report created for a large vacant `brown field` site in the South Wales area.

Feasibility Report

The report was a full investigation of the area inclusive of the history of the site, local area amenities, natural features, topographical information and areas of possible development opportunity.

The report continued by looking at several items to assess the viability to develop the site. These items included but were not limited to the size, location and orientation of any potential dwellings.

Furthermore, the report included an initial design of the potential dwellings, with a full pack of information sufficient for the client to submit a future `Outline Planning` application
