Designed to occupy a difficult sloping site that was once the location of a workman's club, this 12 house scheme is fully DQR and Lifetime Homes compliant and consists of a mixture of 2 and 3-bed units. Our client consisted of a partnership between Hygrove Homes and Family Housing and is potentially the first of many schemes to be undertaken.

The new 12 unit scheme will bring critical social housing to a remote local community, allowing local families to remain close to the communities in which they `grew up`.
